PROXY

Only locals with 25 members or less who do not send a delegate to convention may grant its proxy to another local.

Proxy forms must be completed online by 5:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025. No Local shall be permitted to carry more than 100 members by proxy vote.

At each Biennial Convention of the TSAFF, we formally recognize a member who has made a significant and exemplary contribution to their Local, thereby advancing the mission of our State Association and further promoting the ideals of our International organization.

The Paul Kelly Humanitarian Award is bestowed upon an individual who, through unwavering dedication and a strong commitment to service, exemplifies the highest standards of humanitarianism—both in their professional duties and in their personal conduct.

The award presentation includes a custom-designed ring, intended to be worn with pride, and an official certificate acknowledging the recipient's outstanding accomplishments and lasting impact.
