The TSAFF-PFFO Sandy McGhee Union Leadership Conference will be held Oct. 13-15, 2025. Hosted by Wichita Falls L-432, the conference is set at the Delta Hotel by Marriott and Wichita Falls Convention Center, 306 Travis Street, Wichita Falls, TX 76301

Sessions for TSAFF and PFFO members will include:

• Union Leadership

• Collective Bargaining Comparisons

• Municipal Financial Analysis

• Negotiations

The conference will include networking and the IAFF 11th District Benevolent Fund Golf Tournament.
